Third-Party Service Providers

NextEra Systems, LLC may use service providers reasonably necessary to operate NextEraAI, including providers for payment processing, telecommunications, cloud and hosting infrastructure, artificial intelligence and service infrastructure, communications, analytics, and security where applicable.

Information may be shared with these providers only as reasonably necessary for them to perform services on our behalf or where otherwise permitted or required by law. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices, as applicable.

Payment Information

NextEra Systems, LLC does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers, card security codes, or other complete payment card credentials. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Payment information entered during checkout is transmitted directly to Stripe and is processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with Stripe's own privacy, security, and compliance practices.

NextEra Systems, LLC may receive limited payment-related information from Stripe, such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, payment status, billing period information, and limited card metadata where provided by Stripe, but NextEra Systems, LLC does not store full payment card credentials.

Stripe is responsible for its own payment-processing systems and handling of payment-card data within its environment. NextEra Systems, LLC remains responsible for its own privacy obligations regarding information it receives and processes.

Data Retention

Personal and operational information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legitimate operational and business needs, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the context in which it is used.

Website and Campaign Attribution

When a visitor follows a NextEraAI campaign link, we may use first-party browser storage and a random campaign token to measure website visits, trial actions, and subscription outcomes. Campaign links do not contain email addresses, names, phone numbers, card data, or payment-method details. Stripe remains the source of truth for subscription and payment status.

Security

NextEra Systems, LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or electronic system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed through a security incident.

Legal Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have privacy rights that include requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Requests will be evaluated and handled as required by applicable law and subject to lawful exceptions.

SMS Opt-In and Mobile Information

NextEra Systems, LLC may send transactional SMS messages only when a customer has provided consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

SMS messages are sent only after consent is provided. If consent is not provided, SMS messages will not be sent.

Mobile information is used only to provide transactional appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and customer-care communications requested or authorized by the customer.

SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Children

NextEraAI is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. NextEra Systems, LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Services.

Privacy Policy Changes
